Global Partnership Coordinator - Support Hub

The role is based out of Atlanta, GA.

The purpose of the Global Partnership Coordinator is to drive strategy development, implementation, and evaluation of GFM’s partnerships with like-minded organizations. This ministry role is part-time or full time and support-raising is required. The Global Partnership Coordinator has the ability to work on site and from home on a regular basis. The role is based out of Atlanta, GA.


Required Qualifications


  • Must personally embrace GFM’s purpose, vision, values and statement of faith and identify as a maturing believer in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
  • Must be ready to experience significant missions training and discipleship through GFM’s Missionary Training School (in person sessions or online)
  • Must demonstrate humility, teachability, and an ability to work well with others
  • Must display advanced interpersonal and communication skills (Gmail, Slack, etc.)
  • Must function well both independently and in a team environment

Recommended Experience


  • A College Degree is preferred but not required; informal trainings in management, organization, leadership, and or ministry are also acceptable.

Key Responsibilities


  • Expand GFM’s corporate footprint through partnerships with missions organizations, sending agencies, and like-minded organizations
  • Prepare global partner updates for organizations that are committed to praying for GFM
  • Participate in the development and assessment of the recruiting process for strategic church partnerships and like-minded organizations
  • Provide on-going, regular coaching/leadership to staff
  • Conduct semi-annual staff reviews for staff
  • Traveling to conferences and global partners headquarters in an attempt to recruit training school students as well as strengthen partnerships
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring for potential training school students
