Partnership Development Coach

The role is based out of Atlanta, GA or Remote.

The purpose of the Partnership Development Coach is to maximize GFM’s impact globally by supporting the financial development and structure of GFM staff. The Partnership Development Coach role is focused on supporting future and current GFM staff through the fundraising process. This ministry role can be part- or full- time and support-raising is required. The Partnership Development Coach has the ability to work on site and from home on a regular basis. The role can be based out of Atlanta, Georgia or can be done remotely.


Required Qualifications


  • Must personally embrace GFM’s purpose, vision, values and statement of faith and identify as a maturing believer in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage personal budget and monthly reporting as well as the ability to coach others through the fundraising process
  • Demonstrate experience with fundraising software
  • Must be ready to go through the GFM orientation and training onboarding process for new staff
  • Must demonstrate humility, teachability, and an ability to work well with others
  • Must display advanced interpersonal and communication skills (Gmail, Slack, etc.)
  • Must function well both independently and in a team environment

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive strategy and execution of staff fundraising by coordinating with GFM Executive Director and staff.
  • Track individual support to make sure that staff is not underfunded
  • Check and respond to emails/voicemails from staff and any related contacts
  • Must stay informed of the needs and opportunities within GFM
  • Be familiar with the Partnership Development Procedure Manual and carry out the responsibilities therein
