2023 ANNUAL

IMPACT REPORT

Letter from the Founder

Dear Friends and Co-Laborers,

At Global Frontier Missions, we are committed to being “Christ-centered” in our identity before engaging in the mission of “mobilizing, training, and multiplying disciples among the unreached.” In the face of great adversity and loss this year, our team remained steadfast in seeking the Lord and dwelling in His presence. As we reflect on the challenges and triumphs of the year, we experienced the goodness and faithfulness of the Lord as the Kingdom of God was advanced, both locally and globally.

In 2023, we hosted 137 short-term mission trip participants across Atlanta, Oaxaca, and Bangkok. We distributed 562 Step In book studies and provided 26 Cross-Cultural Catalyst kits for churches to host their own local mission trips, resulting in transformative outreach serving internationals in their own contexts.

Throughout the year, GFM trained individuals through our Missionary Training School in Clarkston, our SLICE South Asia program, and our Online Missionary Training School. We are privileged to invest in the “head, heart, and hands” of these future missions leaders serving among the unreached peoples of the world.

Our ultimate goal, echoing Jesus’ final mandate to His church, is to make disciples. This year, we shared the Gospel with 129 non-believers and discipled 114 believers, engaging with 37 different countries. We praise the Lord for these opportunities to share the Good News!

Reflecting on the year, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for our faithful and generous partners. Your unwavering support has not only met our financial needs but has enabled us to direct $50,000 to local indigenous missionaries serving unreached, unengaged people groups, as well as over $20,000 in

scholarships awarded to students participating in our training programs, primarily benefiting individuals from the Global South.

God is relentlessly pursuing every tribe, tongue, people, and nation. We pray you’ll be encouraged as you read this impact report from the past year—we consider you true partners and co-laborers in this journey. Thank you for joining us in this work to advance the Kingdom of God!

Until All Have Heard,

MOBILIZING

We strongly believe that Gospel workers are most effective when they are well equipped for Kingdom work. We are passionate about creating tools and resources to empower the local church to cultivate a lifestyle of a Global Christian in order to engage in the expansion of God’s global church.

"We wanted to reach the nations in our own neighborhood, so we visited a nearby mosque and initiated a conversation with the Imam, who quickly turned into a friend.

After a relationship had been formed, the Imam asked us if we would teach English classes in the mosque. Now, our church brings college students there regularly and the Lord has opened many doors for incredible friendships that embody Jesus’ command to love our neighbors.

We’ve now connected with people from 22 unreached people groups here. We pray, make space, and watch God continue to fan the flame initiated from GFM programs."

TRAINING

Intentional, cross-cultural training greatly increases one’s chances of being more effective in ministry and staying on the mission field longer. We are passionate about equipping healthy, long-term disciple makers to serve among the least reached peoples of the earth.

2023 Snapshot:

ONLINE

458 new student accounts created in 66 countries. 7 Global South Scholarships awarded, 8 program graduates, and staff members in 4 countries.

PRE-FIELD

8 students equipped for cross-cultural ministry through our Missionary Training School.

16 SLICE South Asia training participants equipped from 3 different countries, allowing SLICE to have now trained individuals from 6 continents.

“This scholarship has not only allowed GFM's Online Missionary Training School to be possible for me, but has allowed me to fully immerse myself into the teachings, equipping me with skills and resources essential for effective global missions.

The program has empowered me - not just with practical skills but a deep understanding of diverse cultures and effective outreach strategies. It is truly a privilege to be part of the Global Frontier Missions family, and I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead!”

MULTIPLYING

Genesis through Revelation reveals God’s heart for the nations; His command has always been to take the knowledge of His glory to the ends of the earth. Knowing 3 billion people still don’t have access to the Gospel, we are committed to engaging in the Great Commission in their local contexts.

Different countries represented in relationships

“After teaching English with one of the Afghan families in my apartment complex, one of the teenage girls asked what my shirt said. I replied, 'Jesus te ama,' which means, 'Jesus loves you' in Spanish. I paused and told her, 'Because Jesus died for everyone and loves everyone, no matter what language they speak.'

'Jesus died even for Muslims?' she earnestly blurted back. I then had the privilege of sharing the story of the death and resurrection of Jesus, the Savior of the world, and was later able to give her and her family Bibles. We now read the Bible and pray together.”

FINANCIAL REPORT

"Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty..."

Proverbs 3:9-10

“Our church gives to missionaries and ministries that have proven themselves to be faithful stewards of God’s resources, that are passionate about reaching the nations with the Gospel, and are effective in raising up fruitful disciples. GFM is one of those ministries we are thrilled to support on a monthly basis."
