We are passionate about proclaiming the name of Jesus where He is not yet known, and our staff bring unique God-given gifts and abilities to help make that happen (Romans 15:20).
As a Christ-centered team, we focus on exhibiting the fruit of the Spirit, both in our working environment and in the communities we serve (Galatians 5:22-23).
We strive to ensure our team is well-equipped with resources and opportunities for on-the-job learning and professional development to grow as individuals, as an organization, and as the Body of Christ (Ephesians 4:12).
We know that God can use your gifts, talents, and passions to further His Kingdom. Read how one of our staff utilized the gift of administration in missions!
Global Frontier Missions invests heavily in each new staff member and oversees their progress as they become a missionary. Guiding staff through our Missionary Training School or our Online Missionary Training School is one way we do this. We have found that having everyone in the organization go through the same onboarding process is beneficial to the long-term work occurring at our bases. Our process helps GFM build a community and culture that maximize health on the mission field and build strong team dynamics.
All of our staff positions are faith-based, meaning one’s financial support is raised through the generosity of individuals and churches. We have helpful resources for this and staff ready to accompany you in that process.
“I serve on staff with GFM because I have seen the Lord moving in and through the lives of the staff members. It is a place where you are encouraged in your giftings and challenged to know and love Jesus more each day and at the same time moving to make Him known to those who don't know Him yet.”

"The heart of GFM to mobilize and train healthy, long-term disciple-makers to work among the least-reached people groups of the earth easily won me over. It is easy to love what I do when I get to be a part of this Christ-centered family. As a mobilizer, my favorite part of my job is seeing the light bulb come on when people realize EVERYONE has a role to play in God’s mission and then I get to help them figure out what that role is.”
- Rory, Director of Mobilization
“I really love how committed GFM is to being Biblically focused. I think that is something every organization would say they are, but I think GFM really lives it out. My favorite thing about GFM staff is our community. I can't imagine being on a missions team without the fun community and life on life, loving accountability that we have.”

“When I finally realized that The Great Commission was the purpose of my life, I prayed and asked God to let me take it literally. It starts with, 'Therefore go and make disciples of all nations...', so I asked God to let me make disciples of all nations. But that was years ago, and I never dreamed that it would mean one day I would be a part of a ministry like the Online Missionary Training School, where I could pour into 10 different students from 10 different countries, all in one day. I am still amazed at how faithful God is, even when we don't understand what we are praying for."
