Chasing the American Dream?

One of our favorite, but also the most challenging teachings from this summer's STM season was this video from Brad Buser.  We played it early in the week to allow the teams to think on the statements.  There were definitely many people who had to stop and truly think about what their goals were opposed to God's plans!

 

Some questions to ask yourself:

  1. What is on YOUR list?
  2. Do you agree with what Brad says?  Is it too harsh?  Not harsh enough?
  3. Do you follow "open doors" instead of what God is telling you to do?
  4. Are you willing to give up EVERYTHING to obey the Great Commission?  Your life?  Your kid's lives?
