Placement with Global Frontier Missions

Are you a missionary away from the field for a temporary period of time? Are you a "soon to retire" missionary looking to invest your retirement for the glory of God? Are you permanently off the field and seeking a new placement to further the Kingdom? Global Frontier Missions is looking for experienced missionaries to pour their wisdom and knowledge into the next generation of missions candidates.

One of the great tragedies of our age is the fact that thousands of people groups have yet to hear the good news about Jesus Christ. At the time of writing, there are approximately 6,989 unreached people groups, meaning they lack a sufficient number of believers to evangelize the rest. Of these, 1,510 are unengaged, unreached people groups, meaning there is no known strategy to reach them, and no one has taken the responsibility to do so. These statistics convict us!

Another tragedy is that many missionaries do not fulfill their commitment to stay on the field. 71% of missionaries leave the field earlier than intended for preventable causes, and many leave after only two years. Close to 50% of missionaries don't return to the field after their first term. These statistics alarm us!

If you are an experienced missionary planning to leave the field but desiring to stay involved in furthering the Kingdom, please consider investing in the future generation of missionaries with GFM. Take part in the effort to reduce missionary attrition by mentoring or teaching younger missionaries at our Missionary Training School. Assist us with pastoral and member care. Work with us to reach the least reached of our world by mobilizing new missionaries or welcoming internationals among the diaspora. We highly value your experience!
